Unhappy youngster makes an appearance, and then we have odd happenings start, along with odd behavior. This is such a funtastic story, with a family-friendly Goosebumps vibe going on. The Creeper is so far beyond terrifying that he's absolutely and beautifully hideous. Excellent Halloween Film.
