Overview
The story starts off with Gam Sai Wai when he embarks on his journey to find Lui Sei Leong to get rid of the poison that is passed on by his master into his body. Sai Wai's master had died because of the poison and before his death, he had told Sai Wai to go find Lui Sei Leong because she can help him. During his journey, he makes friends with lots of people and meets two women who love him very much. The two women are Lai Shing Nam and Kuk Chi Wah. He also gets caught in the affairs of the martial arts world during his journey and keeps on helping the good people, especially Lai Shing Nam and Kuk Chi Wah to fight for justice until he becomes the hero without realizing it.

Overview
Even the most powerful martial art, side effects are quite another matters. WAI cannot withstand the freezing generates from his body; thus, NAM brings him to the spring lake in order to dissolve his chilly. On the other hand, TUNG goes back to the Man Castle with WAH and begins to study the ‘North Pole’ superior martial art book. Meanwhile, KAT often disguises to get close with YI; however, offends YI instead. YI drives him away wrathfully. WAI is making a canoe in order to leave the island. But NAM is unhappy to leave the paradise instead. Since the wind direction is unfavourable for sailing, WAI agrees to postpone the schedule at last. On the birthday of NAM, WAI by accident discovers a present hides secretly by NAM; which is belonged to WAI from WAH instead. WAI is mad and vents his anger on NAM unintentionally. NAM is upset and decides to return to the mainland and compete with WAH directly……
