Overview
In the bright summer days, a group of teenagers swim lengths in the swimming pool. Their spirit is united for the upcoming swimming gala. Before they formed this team, someone had left the group and someone had even thought about giving up swimming. The ‘Angels’ faced many difficulties before becoming a proper team. The team founder, TAK, has two daughters. His elder daughter, HAN (CHAN MAN WOON, BO BO), frequently argues with her younger sister, WING (TONG LEILA), who has been separated from the family for many years. They are both in love with the team captain, LOK (SIU EDWIN). WING used to live with her mother. When she finds her father, she is disappointed with the new family. She fights with HAN constantly and joins the opposing team, the ‘Devils’, to annoy her.

Overview
WING’s hands keep shaking after she has beat HAN in the competition, and immediately YAN tries to conceal WING’s problems. Everybody mistakes LOK as the betrayer, which makes LUI feel so guilty. HAN introduces ON to her friends. Looking at ON in the wheelchair, TAK feels a little uncomfortable and is full of worries. FUNG is sad and angry when she finds that KIT has just been trying to make it up to her. HAN, WING and LOK are caught in a love triangle, and this worries TAK and YEE a great deal. YAN secretly invites CRYSTAL back to the team. WING discovers that CRYSTAL has been practicing hard. There seems to be some goings-on, so WING flies off to ask for explanation right away. YAN has no choice but to make up a story. LUI knows LOK is running out of money. He then calls on all the friends to lend a hand to LOK. WING asks YEE for money so that she may help LOK solve his financial problems……
