Overview
The Ching family is an affluent family that produces textiles for the royal family, the govt officials and the army during the Tang Dynasty. Circumstances force the Ching's 4th son, Ching Chi Hin to marry Dun Ju, the daughter of a Tibetan general. However, their relationship is marred by misunderstandings and hatred for each other. The two remain in a loveless marriage, with Dun Ju wanting to return to Tibet and Chi Hin nicknaming her "stupid pig" because her name Dun Ju pronunciation sounds the same as "stupid pig" in Chinese. One day she runs into Luk Dung Jaun, a Tibetan govt official on the streets of the Tang capital. He tells her he is on a secret mission and asks for her help, promising that he will take her back to Tibet once they have finished their mission. Their mission is to find the long-lost illegitimate son of the Tibetan Emperor. The clues to finding this person is a gold butterfly pendant, a piece of jade and a birthmark on the person's chest.

Overview
FUNG understands that BEON will not help them out of this crisis. MIU runs away with some expensive belongings. FUNG decides to move to some poor areas when she sees everyone keep their bad habits even in this tough situation. She wants to start up another business again although all the others think it is impossible because no one will put their bill on hold any more. Luckily, someone they helped before brings them business. SHING assumes that MONA has run away with MING. Although he feels upset, he also feels weak to do anything to rescue the situation. Some fabrics are dyed in the wrong way. POK and YUNG both push the blame to each other. HING accuses FUNG of bias towards YUNG and asks to split the family. She then eats a sick chicken and gets ill. POK will not take care of her fearing he will get infected too. Only FUNG will get close to her. Everyone hands out all their money to buy HING the necessary medicines.
