The police arranges YAN to meet the suspects again. YAN identifies CHIU who is FAI's colleague. IN CHIU's home, the police find the key of FAI's car. At last CHIU is arrested. After this incident, FAI is dismissed and he has to find a new job. FAI feeds parking-meters for the others. YAN feels guilty and makes apology. They forgive each other and become good friends. Later FAI finds a new job. CHIU runs away and the police question CHIU's grandfather. They keep an eye on him to wait for CHIU. CHIU appears but he runs away again. MAN questions his grandfather. Unfortunately, he dies of heart attack. CHIU is angry and Iurks MAN to avenge his grandfather's death.
