Overview
Based on the famous Chinese novel “Kam Ping Mui”, “Gentle Reflections” is about the love and hatred of three girls, Lin (Irene Wan), Yi (Kennix Kwok) and Mui (Yeung Ling). Lin was forced to marry Long (Liu Kai Chi). She was miserableand begged Chung (Tsang Wai Kuen) to take her away, but he refused. Lin was desperate and when Hing (Sinn Lap Man) came and seduced her, she was more than willing to kill Long and marry Hing. Yi loved Chung but due to misunderstanding, she married Hui instead. Hing lusted for Yi and killed Hui to get his hands on her. Yi then pretended to marry Hing in order to kill him for revenge. Lin and Yi competed for Hing’s attention and Lin’s maid Mui was involved…

Overview
MUI suggests that PING can seek help Tram HING. CHUNG believes that HUI is innocent as he cannot find red clay in FA's house. HING asks HUI to escape Tram the prison so as to frame him. On his way, HUI finds that YAU is talking to a man whose arm has been hurt. He knows that the man is the killer. He goes to question them and in chaos YAU is killed. HUI meets PING and they want to run away. The boat is attacked by a storm. Being sent by HING, WA pushes HUI into the water but unexpectedly he is hurt by the pole. Although PING is sad, she still tries to save WA. WA is touched and tells her how HING has framed LI CHUNG Tor LIN and HUI. PING wants to avenge.
