Overview
Spanning 20 years, from 1990 to 2010, the series tells of three entrepreneurs who founded a company together to achieve the ultimate goal of developing a pollution-free town in Hong Kong. Through the years, they face many struggles, but most particularly, the family vendetta between two of the company founders.

Overview
BILL attacks `Ming Tai' stock. HANG and TIM immediately return to Hong Kong. TIM suggests to make use of `Ming Tai`s` subsidiary, `Ming Kai`, to issue shares so as to procure enough capital to attack `Ming For`. Consequently, BILL really abandons `Ming Tai` so as to save `Ming For`. TIM meets YIN. YIN finds that TIM only talked about work. YIN asks TIM not to pressure himself to be with her. TIM explains that he needs time. LAI announces to return `Li Tin` to TIM. TIM is glad. TIM invites KEUNG back to `Li Tin`. KEUNG refuses. TIM and PING find LUK WAN SUN with the triad leader, YUEN`s, help. BILL is under ICAC`s investigation and cannot borrow loan. BILL is mad. HAN brings with him a knife to attack TIM. The cop shoots him. Soon HAN died. BILL swears to take revenge. BILL is in financial difficulty as ICAC is freezing his account. Thus he could not cooperate with the Taiwan official, CHAN FUNG SAU, to bid for the `New Town Project`.… ...
