While Olive is spring cleaning one day, her parrot Polly accidentally escapes. Olive immediately calls for Popeye to help her. Of course, he's followed by Bluto, who also wants to help. Popeye and Bluto pursue the bird as well as each other, and when Popeye finally manages to get rid of Bluto and catch the bird, he discovers that it's the wrong parrot.
