Laxmibai tells Aaishri that she will obey her and do as she says. Gangadhar joins the pieces of the broken gift that Laxmibai made for him. Laxmibai goes to the royal kitchen and does not know what to do. Aaishri tells Laxmibai that Gangadhar is very particular about his food. Laxmibai is in a fix as she has never learnt to cook. Gangadhar and Aaishri are surprised to see Laxmibai dancing in the kitchen. Aaishri chides her. Laxmibai performs the ritual and begins to cook. She manages to cook the meal but adds a lot of spice to the dishes. Laxmibai serves the food to Gangadhar. Aaishri tells Laxmibai that she has to feed the first morsel to Gangadhar but Gangadhar insists on feeding the first morsel to Laxmibai. Then Laxmibai feeds him the other morsel. Aaishri asks Gangadhar if he liked the food made by Laxmibai. Laxmibai is tensed.
