Ek Veer Stree Ki Kahaani... Jhansi Ki Rani is an Indian historical drama based on the life of Lakshmi Bai, the Rani of Jhansi, one of the leading figures of the Indian Rebellion of 1857. The series was directed by Jitendra Srivastava and written by Rajesh Saksham, Ila Dutta Bedi, Malavika Asthana and Mairaj Zaidi. It premiered on 18 August 2009 on Zee TV with Ulka Gupta playing Queen Lakshmi Bai. On 8 June 2010 the story moved on several years and Kratika Sengar portrayed the Queen from there on. The show's last episode went to air on 19 June 2011.

Overview
Sakhubai goes to the place where she has hidden all the treasure she stole from the royal treasury. Sakhubai is shocked to see Fraser there. Fraser tells Sakhubai that he will return the treasure to Gangadhar and earn his respect. But Sakhubai blackmails him that she will in turn tell Gangadhar about Frasers ploys to kill Gangadhar. Fraser helps her in moving the treasure. Samar and Laxmibai manage to steal the treasure. Fraser finds a letter where Kranti Guru takes the responsibility of stealing the treasure. Samar and Laxmibai return the wealth taken from Sakhubai to the royal treasury. Samar and Laxmibai are attacked by British soldiers who are disguised as the royal guards. Gangadhar arrives there, Samar manages to escape but Laxmibai is caught.
