MING-CHU asks LAM-TAI out to exchange information. LAM-TAI claims that HOI SING regards HOI LEUNG as the one who killed his father HOI YEUNG. HOI SING therefore tries to take revenge by destroying Treasure Ocean Plus Group. HOI LEUNG is shocked to learn that HOI SING has sold all the shares of Director CHIU. HOI SING admits coldly that he is trying to take a revenge on him. In order to calm HOI SING down, HOI LEUNG agrees to suspend his project with Director CHIU and he asks CHEUK-WAI to pacify Director CHIU by offering discounted shares to him.
