What she learns at the ceremony for Kadir makes Alize suspicious. She is about to realize that Kadir was the one who saved her aunt Esma in the fire in Çatalca. She gets a surprising answer when she asks her gnawing doubts in public. Serkan, forced to hide the truth about Alize's life from her, begins to feel deep remorse toward Alize. When his remorse turns into shame, he chooses to treat Alize coldly and slowly cuts off his communication with her. On the other hand, Alize cannot make sense of this sudden transformation and resents Serkan inwardly. Nurettin and Kadir do their best to make sure that the marriage game they are playing on Alize is not discovered. Meanwhile, Nurettin and Sinem are searching for Serkan's mother Türkan. They find Türkan in an unexpected state. Sinem can't stand it and offers Türkan a job at the hotel, but she refuses.
