The seltzer tablets start to foam, making the Whites (except Billy) scared because they think he has rabies. The Dog House of Tomorrow: Mr. White gets addicted to energy drinks, and decides to redesign Poochini's dog house. Puppy Love: Billy has a crush on a girl, but another girl has a crush on him also.
