Jeff steps in to help and confronts Kenny, but thanks to Jeff's vanity Gemma's dreams are far from over - and Kenny persuades them that a showreel is mandatory. Meanwhile Nana and George take on the local youth problem and Nell finally talks to urban warrior Dom.
