The Trading Spaces crew has arrived on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Will the unpredictability of the city that never sleeps be too much for designers Frank Bielec and Doug Wilson? On the fifth floor, Frank is playing a prank on the girls in his apartment trying to convince them that his plans include pink flamingoes and manatees! Is America's nicest designer suddenly turning into a lying prankster? Down two floors, Doug has finally met his match with his homeowners. They are two young and spunky girls with very little home improvement skills but with a great deal of interest in a certain designer. And since when did going out for margaritas count as homework?
