The New Adventures of Chor Lau-heung is a Hong Kong television series adapted from Chu Liuxiang Xinzhuan of Gu Long's Chu Liuxiang novel series. Michael Miu starred as the titular protagonist, Chor Lau-heung. The series was first broadcast on TVB from 12 November 1984 to 4 January 1985. It was rerun in Hong Kong on TVB Jade from February 1 to March 30 in 2006.

Overview
TING of the BAT PALACE claims that MASTER BAT can help HANG to find out the murderer of he kidnaps CHING. HANG agrees reluctantly. Coming across CHING, YUNG convinces her to talk to CHOR about returning home. To hide CHING's identity, YEE dresses her up as an insane woman. Impressed by CHOR's care for her, CHING falls in Jove with him. Jealous, YEE picks at her. KO rescues a Persian girl who is insulted by the rascals. She intends to marry KO who rejects due to some hidden reasons. With WU's help, KO gets away from the girl. Though feeling that KO is strange, WU enjoys talking with her while KO grows fond of him though cautious of him. YING is caught by KU in the Rugged Valley and is forced to tell where CHING is. Though harshly assaulted, YING refuses to give in and is saved by CHOR. HANG suddenly appears and is determined to take CHING with him.
