The New Adventures of Chor Lau-heung is a Hong Kong television series adapted from Chu Liuxiang Xinzhuan of Gu Long's Chu Liuxiang novel series. Michael Miu starred as the titular protagonist, Chor Lau-heung. The series was first broadcast on TVB from 12 November 1984 to 4 January 1985. It was rerun in Hong Kong on TVB Jade from February 1 to March 30 in 2006.

Overview

Finding out that KWAN is bribed by the FOURTH LORD to kill CHING, CHOR apologizes to OLD LADY KAM for his impulsiveness. Seeing GOI attack the KAMs, LIM3 blames CHOR and forces WU to murder him. Though saved by CHING, CHOR is greatly upset. Knowing that GOI is used by the FOURTH PRINCE to destroy the influence of the KAMs, CHOR assaults him. Ashamed, GOI intentionally loses the fight. CHOR and CHING hide in the boat while YING and FEI returns to the capital to investigate the situation. YING and FEI discovers the FOURTH PRINCE's scheme to overthrow the EMPEROR but is puzzled knowing that the EMPEROR is not confined by the LORD. While the clans are worrying about the missing EMPEROR, TING sells the news of the EMPEROR to the FOURTH LORD. The LORD agrees to the transaction but secretly plans to kidnap the EMPEROR.
