The New Adventures of Chor Lau-heung is a Hong Kong television series adapted from Chu Liuxiang Xinzhuan of Gu Long's Chu Liuxiang novel series. Michael Miu starred as the titular protagonist, Chor Lau-heung. The series was first broadcast on TVB from 12 November 1984 to 4 January 1985. It was rerun in Hong Kong on TVB Jade from February 1 to March 30 in 2006.

Overview
YUEN is furious discovering that he is in fact the nun CHING FUNG's illegitimate son and that he has been made use of by FU MUI to take revenge on the heartless EMPEROR. Controlling himself, YUEN waits for the chance to seize the throne. To undermine the relation between CHOR and the EMPEROR, YUEN accuses CHOR to be a Bat-fighter. Discovering YUEN's plot, FU MUI warns the EMPEROR. Cured by DR. CHEUNG, CHOR captures TING who attacks him believing that he has lost vitality. Though pleasing YUEN by assisting him to harm CHOR, LING finds him indifferent. Blamed by LING, YUEN promises to marry her to avoid further disputes which may affect his plan. Seeing that YUEN is trying every means to seize the throne, FU MUI sends him to WAH SHAN. YUEN brings LAN with him and intends to kill him on the way. Coming to LAN's rescue, FU MUI is forced to fall down the cliff by YUEN.
