The New Adventures of Chor Lau-heung is a Hong Kong television series adapted from Chu Liuxiang Xinzhuan of Gu Long's Chu Liuxiang novel series. Michael Miu starred as the titular protagonist, Chor Lau-heung. The series was first broadcast on TVB from 12 November 1984 to 4 January 1985. It was rerun in Hong Kong on TVB Jade from February 1 to March 30 in 2006.

Overview
When people are blaming CHOR, WU appears and explains that it is all the treacherous plot of a secret gang. The clans swear to find out the truth. On the way to find CHING, CHOR's three girls, disliking WU's rudeness decide to take a difficult path and to meet CHOR later in the capital. In the Green Field Village, CHOR and WU come across their good friend HANG who, after marriage, abandons his identity as a merciless assassin and leads a peaceful life operating the Wan Loi Tavern. Not only does HANG tolerates the villain CHIN's insult to his wife, he resents WU's interference. WU is disappointed at HANG's cowardice. Cherishing resentment, Chin causes disturbance in the tavern and kidnaps HANG's wife. Being unable to stand his provocation, HANG strikes back.
