Overview
The Criminal Investigator II is a 1996 Hong Kong police procedural television drama. Produced by Jonathan Chik and edited by Chow Yuk-ming and Chiu Ching-yung, the drama is a TVB production and the direct sequel to 1995's The Criminal Investigator. The story follows a team of investigators from the Organized Crime and Triad Bureau unit of the Royal Hong Kong Police Force.

Overview
BILL's subordinates kidnaps FONG's colleague. They beat FONG's colleague terribly. FONG suspects that BILL intended to beat her as she had identified him at the police station. BILL is very aggressive. He bothers the fish market which is KWAN's area. SING wants to kill BILL. FUNG stops her. KWAN and BILL are arranged for a negotiation. However, BILL does not show up. BILL frames KWAN up by hiding some heroine in his place. The police brings KWAN to the police station. TAI takes KWAN's attestation. Heart attack again bothers KWAN. He is being sent to the hospital. SING and his subordinates fight against BILL. BILL is defeated. WAI convinces KWAN to stop SING and his subordinates !
