Overview
The Criminal Investigator II is a 1996 Hong Kong police procedural television drama. Produced by Jonathan Chik and edited by Chow Yuk-ming and Chiu Ching-yung, the drama is a TVB production and the direct sequel to 1995's The Criminal Investigator. The story follows a team of investigators from the Organized Crime and Triad Bureau unit of the Royal Hong Kong Police Force.

Overview
ON is robbed by HO after drinking some Vitasoy milk with sedative. ON tries to drive to the police station despite the fact that he is very dizzy. It leads to a serious car accident. KWAI transfers HO to the Information Unit and CHUNG is transferred to the O Unit - A Unit Against Serious Crime and Triad Organization. CHUNG is the one who in charge of this case. He sends KWONG and MAN to oversee the suspects nearby the 24 hours stores. The suspect eventually appears. Unfortunately, MAN becomes the victim. The criminal makes use of her credit card to draw twenty-three thousand dollars cash. HO and BALL have already started to inject tranquilizer into lemon tea to commit crime. They find it more effective. WAI backs to Hong Kong. He joins the O Unit and is the chief inspector of the A Section. He immediately gathers all CID together at the police station and sets off to arrest the rascals.
