Overview
They experience life and death as they race against time to save patients. In their quest to become physicians, have they ever stopped to think about what their mission and limitations are? Neurosurgery trainee Cheung Yat-kin does not have time for love – he has to work hard to support his younger brother, who is paralyzed from the waist down, to study overseas. His life is his work, until he meets Fan Tze-yu, who is also a reputable doctor and whose father is a well-known physician. Deeply attracted to Yat-kin’s talent and personality, Tze-yu is not hesitant to express her love for him from the start. But before Yat-kin can make up his mind on whether to accept her, the news of his younger brother’s death comes, causing him to become a totally different person.

Overview
When TZE-YU sends the patient to the operation room, she suddenly falls down because of serious body pain. YAT-KIN worries that her disease is coming back. A man called CHAN KA-KWOK is sent to the hospital after an injury. When his girlfriend TONG MEI-BO is quarreling with him, KA-KWOK suddenly collapses. After giving birth to a baby, the doctor discovers a shadow in Mrs WONG's lung and she needs to have antibiotic injection. A group of new staffs arrive and BING-CHAN teaches them to know each other more with games. When MEI-SUET is having dinner with BING-CHAN, she teaches TZE-TING to sew the wound through online video call. PUI-CHUNG brings HEI-YAN to the rest room. He finds HIU-TUNG and SIU-ANG studying the recipes. He suggests HEI-YAN to learn cooking as well in order to become a real woman but HEI-YAN teases him in return. MEI-SUET asks TZE-TING to learn more from SHUI-WAH and TZE-TUNG is worried……
