Overview
They experience life and death as they race against time to save patients. In their quest to become physicians, have they ever stopped to think about what their mission and limitations are? Neurosurgery trainee Cheung Yat-kin does not have time for love – he has to work hard to support his younger brother, who is paralyzed from the waist down, to study overseas. His life is his work, until he meets Fan Tze-yu, who is also a reputable doctor and whose father is a well-known physician. Deeply attracted to Yat-kin’s talent and personality, Tze-yu is not hesitant to express her love for him from the start. But before Yat-kin can make up his mind on whether to accept her, the news of his younger brother’s death comes, causing him to become a totally different person.

Overview
After removing the tumor and stasis in KA-KWOK's brain, SHUI-WAH asks YAT-KIN to visit TZE-YU. When YAT-KIN arrives, TZE-YU's abortion is finished. KA-KWOK suffers from partial paralysis when he wakes up. MEI-BO claims that she will make a complaint to the Hospital Authority requesting that YAT-KIN's doctor license should be forfeited. PUI-CHUNG discovers that the seed given by TZE-YU is not able to grow healthily. HIU-TUNG comes to pick up some floral foam and she suggests methods to save the plant. HA LEI is ill and her husband SZE WING-KUNG brings her to the public hospital. HA LEI is upset that her husband didn't bring her to the private hospital for treatment. TAI-KWONG assigns CHIN-YEE to have her training at the internal medicine division. HA LEI is partially deaf and she fails to hear CHIN-YEE's words. YUK-LAN, MEI-SUET and BING-CHAN visit HA LEI together. HA LEI says that MEI-SUET doesn't know how to treat her illness……
