Overview
They experience life and death as they race against time to save patients. In their quest to become physicians, have they ever stopped to think about what their mission and limitations are? Neurosurgery trainee Cheung Yat-kin does not have time for love – he has to work hard to support his younger brother, who is paralyzed from the waist down, to study overseas. His life is his work, until he meets Fan Tze-yu, who is also a reputable doctor and whose father is a well-known physician. Deeply attracted to Yat-kin’s talent and personality, Tze-yu is not hesitant to express her love for him from the start. But before Yat-kin can make up his mind on whether to accept her, the news of his younger brother’s death comes, causing him to become a totally different person.

Overview
MAN-SAN discovers CHIN-YEE helping WING-KUNG to find his ring from the rubbish bin and he appreciates it very much. MAN-SAN suspects that HA LEI's illness belongs to the ICC division and he asks YAT-KIN if he is confident to perform an operation for his relative... CHIN-YEE sends HA LEI's family photo to MAN-SAN. LI KA-FUN, houseman in the cardiothoracic surgery division, is mesmerized by her beauty at first sight. After having electrotherapy, TZE-YU vomits a lot. SIU-ANG suffers from joint pain but she tries not to let his son and daughter-in-law to know. TZE-TING performs unsatisfactorily while meeting with the patient NGOK HO-BIU. MEI-SUET suggests to fail her but SHUI-WAH objects it. HIU-TUNG discovers TZE-TING crying. TZE-TING reveals that she may not be able to pass. HIU-TUNG and PUI-CHUNG console her. SIU WING, KA-MAN and the others bring YAT-KIN and TZE-YU to the farmland for fun. SIU-LUNG stays to accompany SIU-ANG……
