Overview
They experience life and death as they race against time to save patients. In their quest to become physicians, have they ever stopped to think about what their mission and limitations are? Neurosurgery trainee Cheung Yat-kin does not have time for love – he has to work hard to support his younger brother, who is paralyzed from the waist down, to study overseas. His life is his work, until he meets Fan Tze-yu, who is also a reputable doctor and whose father is a well-known physician. Deeply attracted to Yat-kin’s talent and personality, Tze-yu is not hesitant to express her love for him from the start. But before Yat-kin can make up his mind on whether to accept her, the news of his younger brother’s death comes, causing him to become a totally different person.

Overview
HIU-TUNG and PUI-CHUNG bring TZE-TING to watch street performance. YUK-LAN and teenagers on the brink try to encourage TZE-TING with their personal experiences. MEI-SUET says that HO-BIU needs to have a brain operation but TZE-TING suggests to observe him first for she believes that MEI-SUET has made a wrong judgement. YAT-KIN persuades his mother to stop doing the voluntary works. He arranges the medicine for TZE-YU and SIU-ANG respectively so as to remind them to take medicine on time. YAT-KIN worries that he will give the wrong prescription to the patients and MEI-SUET reminds him to relax. She invites YAT-KIN and TZE-YU to TZE-TING's celebration party. YAT-KIN feels ill and he takes medicine secretly. HIU-TUNG believes that TZE-TING is fond of PUI-CHUNG but PUI-CHUNG is not interested in her. YAT-KIN's senior schoolmate YAU CHING-LOK has returned Hong Kong and YAT-KIN joins his schoolmates' reunion gathering……
