But they can't even list their current property until they undertake a major overhaul. Drew and Jonathan are determined to help them move on and come up with a strategy. But once the walls come down, the problems start piling up as Jonathan uncovers a major leak, faulty wiring, mold, termite damage, and a rat's nest.
