Overview
As a child, Fa Ping was teased for her ugliness. After an accident that required her to have plastic surgery, she firmly believes that beauty can change lives. Even after she enters the police force, she still cares about beauty more than anything. When a prostitution case reveals that a loan-shark company is operating inside a public housing community, Fa Ping and fellow CID officer Law Dai-Shu are sent to act like a couple in order to obtain information from the housewives. They meet the "Housewives Trio" of Hung Dan-Dan, So Fung-Nei, and Lau Lin-Heung. To investigate the case, Fa Ping is forced to give up her fancy wardrobe and cater to the housewives.

Overview
WU DIP is very angry that her daughter has married the "Plumber King" secretly. She humiliates TAI-SHU and TAI-SHU kisses FA PING deliberately in front of her. FA PING and TAI-SHU learn that DAN-DAN and FUNG-NEI have quarreled with each other. They suspect that FUNG-NEI is related to the loan shark group. TAI-SHU suffers from sleepwalking again. He reveals his tragic childhood to FA PING. When MEI-YUNG is following FA PING, a kid spills some inks on her body. FA PING brings her home to change clothes. On the other hand, FA SHUM encourages WU DIP to meet up with TAI-SHU. WAN CHING has recovered from her leg injury. She calls FUNG-NEI again for money transaction and DAN-DAN overhears their conversation. On the transaction day, FUNG-NEI acts according to WAN CHING's instructions. HON-SZE fails to see FA PING and TAI-SHU. He has no choice but to take video of the transaction secretly. A van suddenly arrives to kidnap WAN CHING...
