Overview
After losing both parents at a young age, Lai Yat-tsau becomes a parent figure for his three younger sisters. His mother’s death and his father’s fall to drug addiction turned Yat-tsau into a very quick-tempered and chauvinistic man. Originally assigned to the Kwun Tong Police Station, Yat-tsau’s superior transfers him to the K-9 unit to work with police dogs, hoping that the strict training would better shape his character. At this new department, he develops a partnership with veterinarian Ma Chi-ho, who helps him solve cases for the police.

Overview
Police officer LAI YAT-CHOW's main mission today is to follow a gangster; on the other hand, Sergeant FAI CHUNG-LIM gets in touch with CHING-CHING. CHUNG-LIM calls YAT-CHOW and tells him to arrest the gangster so as to get his USB flash drive. Though YAT-CHOW manages to subdue the gangster after a struggle, LUI KAM-TONG suddenly appears and turns the tables. YAT-CHOW and CHUNG-LIM later arrive at a restaurant, where YAT-CHOW learns about the falling-out between CHUNG-LIM and his second youngest sister SHUK-CHI, so YAT-CHOW teaches CHUNG-LIM how to cheer her up by giving her some money to spend. YAT-CHOW is very impressed that CHUNG-LIM's mother, SO FU-LIM, can run the family business single-handedly. Unfortunately, CHUNG-LIM shows no interest in running the business himself. Upon his return home, YAT-CHOW out of the blue sees LUI KAM-PO slowly approaching his younger sister, SHUK-CHU, with a knife in his hand.… ...
