Overview
MA FU, a retired employee of the HK Correctional Services Department, moved back to live with his son after retirement. MA FU treats and disciplines everyone in his family as if they were the offenders he works with in his job. His youngest son MA CHONG feels like he's in jail when he gets home, and his father is even often involved with his job as a paralegal. The father and son get into disputes daily and his elder brother MA KEUNG and his wife LO LAI SEUNG are often stuck in between and have to settle the disputes. The couple also holds the heavy responsibility of raising their kids. Three generations in the MA family all live together and encounter different situations, experiences and system of values.

Overview
CHUNG BIU invites SHEUNG-HO to the open air restaurant of “Spring’s Fairy Tale”. He prepares food and drinks for SHEUNG-HO just like the leading actor and SHEUNG-HO appreciates it very much. SHEUNG-YAU discovers that CHUNG BIU is checking out the travel information of Longjiang on the Internet and he voluntarily promises to check SHEUNG-HO’s schedule for him. MA KEUNG learns that CHUNG BIU has invest a large amount of money on the stock market again and he reminds CHUNG BIU to be careful. However, CHUNG BIU is very confident with it. SHEUNG KWUN FEI gives MA KEUNG a comic book titled “Sampan whale watching” and this happens to be the childhood fable KA ZA mentioned to him before. CHUNG BIU is ready to go out and date with SHEUNG-HO but MAN-HOI suddenly arrives to reveal that the property developer’s project is cancelled. CHUNG BIU worries that he will be in debt shortly……
