Overview
Eminent Northern Song Dynasty writer, So Tung-po is unable to forget about his late wife and hence, turns a blind eye to his sister-in-law, Wong Yun-zhi's active pursuit of him. However, the food lover in him is eventually swayed by Wong Yun-zhi's braised pork dish, so they finally get married. He thought life would be perfect after marriage, but a slew of family problems is making his head spin!

Overview
YUE'E encourages RUNZHI to run away from home until DONGPO apologizes to her. During the morning meeting, ANSHI proposes that this is the right time to recruit new soldiers but DONGPO objects the idea. They argue with each other and the emperor seek comment from SHAOYAO. DONGPO is surprised that SHAOYAO is supporting ANSHI. DAMEI urges DONGPO to bring RUNZHI back as soon as possible. She suggests him to prepare RUNZHI's favourite dish to please her. DAMEI falls asleep in the day and YUE'E scolds her. When DAMEI tries to answer back, she suddenly vomits and collapses. It is found that DAMEI is pregnant. The emperor wants to introduce the Green Shoots Law. DONGPO and ANSHI start a hot argument again. SHAOYAO makes a comment and the emperor asks all government officials to vote for it on the next day. RUNZHI makes honey wine and SHUMEI requests to bring one bottle to SHAOYAO and the government officials.… ...
