Overview
Eminent Northern Song Dynasty writer, So Tung-po is unable to forget about his late wife and hence, turns a blind eye to his sister-in-law, Wong Yun-zhi's active pursuit of him. However, the food lover in him is eventually swayed by Wong Yun-zhi's braised pork dish, so they finally get married. Overview
RUNZHI is requested to visit the harem since the emperor's mother wants to know more about QIN CAO. The emperor wants QIN CAO to please his mother by offering vegetarian dish to her. DONGPO suggests RUNZHI to cook for her. DONGPO doesn't understand why RUNZHI tries to prevent QIN CAO from meeting up with the emperor's mother. RUNZHI replies that QIN CAO is fond of DONGPO. QIN CAO sends a drawing to DONGPO before she leaves. DONGPO discovers that the drawing was from his father SU XUN and he accepts the gift. SHUMEI tries to take revenge on RUNZHI. ZICAI tries to rescue her and he is injured. DONGPO and ZICAI go to drink at the restaurant and they meet a middle-aged woman. The woman scolds DONGPO for snatching her son. DONGPO follows ZICAI and he discovers that ZICAI is arguing with the woman. ZICAI says that Madam JIA was having a secret affair with SU XUN.
