Within a sprawling academic metropolis lies an exclusive academy where students are encouraged to join clubs such as singing and archaeology to earn points for recognition. The most important of these is the big singing contest where all contestants have to sing in front of the entire school!

Overview
Saku made a name for himself as the music unit "Sakutasuke" and everything seemed to be going well. However, Keishi Higashimoto, who has been watching the world so far, receives a notice from the "government" that "School District 7 will be closed and the worldview will be renovated." This is in view of the current situation where users who watched over "actors" in the form of white people and cats are away from School District 7.
