A guy at the Warsaw overhears Drew's plight and claims to have the solution: a weight-loss pill that activates when taken with beer. He offers Drew a free bottle if he poses for before and after pictures. Days later, Drew is horrified to see his shirtless "before" photo on a billboard in town.
