Anna & Tim are saving for a Flat of their own.Patrick offers them some money for a deposit but Tim is too proud to accept. Tim wants to ask his boss for a raise, but 'chickens out'at the last minute. Patrick borrows a book from the library called ""the successful man"" after reading it He tells Tim he should be more forceful.
