At 36, Loulou lives a carefree life between a job as a sales clerk in an Indian store and her relationship with her ten-year-old son Alex, for whom she shares custody with her ex-partner. While the latter has rebuilt a stable home, Loulou struggles to make ends meet and doesn't know how to be a "normal" mother. When Alex confesses to her that he prefers to spend his vacations with his father and stepmother, she sets out to win him back by offering him an unforgettable trip to the castles of the Loire.
