300 years after the nuclear disaster in Eastern Europe, a new order has emerged. In eastern Poland, which is plagued by cannibals, mutants, and degenerates of all kinds, a demonic sect has come to power, and its high priest is obsessed with virgins and world domination. The sinister Confederation has laid its hands on Podlasie and seems determined never to let go. Fortunately for Białystok and humanity, three gunslingers arrive in the city, determined to end the new dark ages.
