One A Day

‘One a Day’ is a non-fiction short film shot in Ambleside that explores the life of Fred Baines— an ex soldier, shopkeeper, artist, travel agent, and railway clerk. Fred expresses the importance of family throughout his years, and unveils the key to living a long life. He reflects on his life and losses, and his solitary day-to-day where he fills his time with hobbies and reminiscence.
