Ever since he sent his family to the US for his daughter's education, a chief detective reluctantly bribes a Chinese gang to support his family. A Korean-Chinese man hasn't received his salary even five years after the factory went under. Faced to sell his organs to pay off his debts, he options to rob a bank instead. These two men run into each other in front of that very bank and an awkward chase begins.
