The French capital embodied the Roaring Twenties and its cultural influence was felt around the world. People came from every continent. Hemingway, Gershwin, Man Ray, Henry Miller, Fitzgerald, Josephine Baker, Maurice Chevalier... many contributed to the myth of the City of Light.
