Overview

This film restores an era in the history of Syria, which is the post-independence stage, in order to tell a social story that aims to research human relations and the changes that occurred in rural society. And the plot of this film is not just events that were revealed by the author's memory, but rather impressions of certain events that remained in his imagination. Therefore, the dramatic events were woven as legends of the place, and this is what made the place a unique privacy and the events are closely related to it. It is a social story that talks about the destinies of a group of people that gives a complete and comprehensive picture and a wide panorama of the Syrian countryside at the end of the forties, trying to rely on the popular heritage by weaving relationships between the characters and their way of understanding the events.
