Overview
A boy who has been thoroughly educated in communism and a boy who uses balloons to send letters to South Korea. They wear a gaksital mask and send their brother to a concentration camp after accusing him of harassing the Communist Party members at night. However, he finds out later that he is being used, so he writes a gaksital himself.
