Sameer Rai

Sameer Rai is a self-taught student filmmaker from Nepal who is learning filmmaking by observing, experimenting, and creating with whatever resources he could find. He works closely with his friends to produce films, and he’s best known for his short films Unspoken Words and A Glass of Water.
