Qiu Tonglan, born on October 28, 2002, in Shanwei City, Guangdong Province, is a Chinese actor and singer. On December 9, 2022, the science fiction suspense drama *The Thirteenth Administration Bureau*, starring Qiu, premiered on Netflix, in which he played Xie Boyan. In November 2021, filming began for the historical suspense drama *Chang'an Xing*, starring Qiu. On July 19, 2022, filming began for the film *Love Agent*, starring Qiu. On August 14, he received the "Annual Potential Actor" award at the Sina 2022 Weibo Movie Awards. On April 15, 2023, filming began for the television series *The Soul of the Sword*, starring Qiu as You Xinglan.
