Yep, that’s him, Benjamin Dashwood. He’s a Toronto/LA-based film editor, post-compositor, gaffer, and screenwriter. You’re probably wondering how he got here. Birthed in Oakville, Canada, he started editing on Final Cut Pro at 8 and has been editing in Premiere and Avid Media Composer ever since. He’s edited over 30 films, the ones of notoriety being A Lover’s Stroll, The Uno Fiend, and commercials for the broadcasters at FMZ. In 2025, Dashwood co-created hit television series Brainrot Tutor, which went on to break records as the most viewed show in Sheridan TV history.
