Lukas Leu is a rising young director and filmmaker from Bay Area, California, recognized for his contributions to independent cinema. A passionate storyteller since childhood, Leu began filmmaking early in 2019. This early start into filmmaking paved the way for the establishment of his own independent collective, Squidy Studios, in 2021. Under this banner, Leu collaborates with an emerging team of student artists to produce compelling films. Leu is known for films such as the award-winning 2024 short film "Promise" and the 2025 action-comedy "Iron Gun: Final Vendetta".
