Joshua Antiporta

Joshua Antiporta is an emerging filmmaker from Dumaguete City, Philippines. He pursued his studies in film at Asia Pacific Film Institute, where he received mentorship from industry practitioners such as JP Habac, Siege Ledesma, John Bedia, Omar Sortijas, and JD Domingo, among others. He has written and directed two narrative short films: Odds and I Feel Pretty, which explore themes of insecurity, uncertainty, and perspective. Notably, his film "ODDS" was selected as a finalist in the Student Short Film category of The 2026 edition of Sinag Maynila Film Festival.
