Lefteris Vlachos is an advertiser, but the only thing he successfully advertises is himself. When Lefteris could no longer pay the rent, he and his wife, who teaches psychology at a college, and their son, Markos, moved at the home of his mother-in-law, Daphne. Daphne never misses an opportunity to undermine her son-in-law, who, in addition to Markos, has two daughters with his ex-wife Charoulla, a police officer with Team Z. At his law firm, which shares premises with the advertising agency, works Maria who is being pursued by her colleague, Lakis.
